As you may know, the regulation of user data protection on the Internet is getting stronger over time, especially in Europe and the United States.
Among the various points of attention of the regulators, the protection of users' privacy in the context of traffic monitoring and analysis is a major topic.
Following the regulatory developments, we propose since November 2022 a Matomo integration within the EasyCrowd solution. Matomo is a traffic tracking and analysis system used by hundreds of thousands of websites. As an alternative to Google Analytics, Matomo is based on a free (open source) solution and takes into account the privacy of the users.
